You will be charged $19.95 on the 15th of each month, please ensure that your credit card or bank account has the available funds. Accounts that fall more than 30 days in arrears are subject to suspension and then deletion. Declined or unsuccessful debits are charged an additional $25 service fee AND all bank charges levied to us.

The transaction will show on your account as:

The monthly service and hosting fee is paid in advance.

Cancellation of your Account
You may cancel your account at any time by completing the cancellation form at http://www.mynewwebsiteinabox.com/cancel/

There are NO refunds for part payments of the service and hosting fee.

Refunds
As far as allowed by law, there are no refunds for purchases

Direct Debit Accounts
You will be sent a direct debit form by email that you are required to complete and fax back to our Financial Partner eWay.

If you do not receive this form within the next 4 hours please contact us using the email address support@mynewwebsiteinabox.com.

We cannot set up your account until AFTER your first payment has been processed. Please note that this can take between 4 – 6 days to proceed. If you have ordered a domain name the domain name may be taken by someone else in this time.
If you would like to ensure that your account is set up sooner, you can opt to pay by credit card instead.
